| A Chic Brisbane Workshop Space

We heart workshops! Attending them and running them. It keeps your mind occupied as you get busy with your hands, and sometimes it’s just nice to be able to switch off. In fact, it's the reason our Brisbane workshop space was born— I was seeking a chic and welcoming place to run my makeup workshops that would match my brand. A cafe or office space just wasn’t going to cut it. I've been very lucky to share this space with our Brisbane creatives and further a field.

Finding the perfect Brisbane workshop space.

A very good girlfriend and I once spent a night decorating jars with lace and vintage buttons, just because it was fun. We bonded, and it may or may not have progressed to dancing round her kitchen in our pjs. The take home: it was fun. And it became the model for my own workshops. Workshops don’t just mean craft but great memories, bonding time with the gang and of course, new skills. Learning together in a beautiful venue can really make a success of a workshop and will have people talking and sharing with others.

I love meeting the people that come along to the workshops held at our Brisbane workshop space. The beauty of learning together is its cross generational. Mums learning with daughters or sisters together, best of friends or bridal and baby showers there’s no particular ‘type’ that enjoy being a ‘workshopper’. It opens you up to new connections, new skills and a new kind of mindfulness. It brings people together. I also love aesthetically pleasing places and appreciate the time and effort put into a welcoming workshop. Our space is very much that, and often attendees comment on how calming our little cottage studio feels.

Running a workshop

Invite your photographer along and get some marketing collateral for your next workshop, or film a video of what you do. Our natural light, soft welcoming backdrops can frame your workshop beautifully and treat your guests. Bring a share platter, some of your own catering, or a glass of bubbles for your attendees because all of those little things add up to a fun and memorable time.
